We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive Representative who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and acquiring new customers through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • It is requiered to have a proven experience in payments or acquirer environment/market.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills..
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast future sales performance and develop sales plans accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of opportunities and conversions.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends that impact sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Sales Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as promote ethical conduct within the sales organization.
