    The Role
    EU CF Process Engineer team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. This team has the goal to capture all the best practices from top performing sites and validate them as new official standard for all the network. They accelerate the implementation of technological advancements and they strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network. EU CF PE ensures the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network wide process improvements. The team drives process control, with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, buildings and regions, to deliver strong performance. The team works to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritizing and channeling the required resources among Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES PM, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance (RME) and many other Teams.
    The role can be based out of any FC location within Europe.
    Key job responsibilities
  • Act as Process Path Expert in EU, defining the official standard to be followed by the sites
  • Lead the Process Path Reviews for the Best Practice approval / roll out
  • Act as main PE POC for the ACES Project Roll Out in EU
  • Act as Project Manager for PE Internal Initiatives or Programs (i.e. Top Hours)
  • Support Site PEs, Regional Managers and Sr Managers in the PE execution initiatives through a structured Trouble Ticket mechanism
  • Support Operations, with remote and on-site support (i.e. LEEP, PCC, Shift Execution Support)
  • Act as main PE POC for the other central functions’ stakeholders (i.e. Central Ops, AT, RME)
  • Support Kaikaku events
  • Own the PE OP1 Project Intake generation for the specific Process Path
  • Collaborate with WW BM Team to set and scale global process standards

    The EU PE Team is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. We are proudly part of the Ops team. Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across FCs, guiding, promoting and scaling at network level cutting edge best practices.   • Proficiency in German
  • Previous experience in multi-country/cross regional CI environment
  • Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies,
  • Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies • Strong ability interpreting & communicating analytics and presenting to senior leadership,
  • Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate a team
