Description:
Our client in Non Profit is seeking the immediate assistance of an Executive Assistant. Supporting the CEO and COO the selected candidate will be responsible for the following: develop, monitor and ensures that all established administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed with very high accurace; create reports/correspondence/presentations; handle calender managment; proof-read/revise large documents; analyze and interpret confidential documentation; develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure reports/correspondence and documentation are maintained and readily available; participate in planning, coordinating and implementing project; developing and leveraging relationships with senior managersyou; taking and transcrybing meeting minutes, extensive calender management; organzing meeting materials for board memebers, liasing with external contacts; tracking and preparing expense reports, assisting with quarterly meetings, and any additionl duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant in a Non Profit environment, have advanced Microsoft Office skills, be extremely polished, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, posess exceptional organizational skills, and be comfortable to ocassional work on weekends.
