MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• Previous experience leading a team.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We seek an experienced Finance professional with a passion for leading people to support the Customer Channels Group as a Senior Finance Manager. Your position which will report to a Finance Director, and will lead a team of finance analysts who provide support to the Commercial organization as they implement contracts and build relationships with customers. We will operate in a larger team of finance professionals who meet regularly and work collaboratively to solve issues together.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract, hire, and develop outstanding, diverse talent empowered to excel in the Thermo Fisher Scientific culture.
• Lead activities related to the profitability assessment of business proposals, including providing financial oversight as well as gaining organizational alignment.
• Manage the lifecycle of customer contracts including implementation and annual price updates.
• Assist in FP&A activities including development of forecasts and variance analysis against forecasts.
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required by finance and business leadership.
