  • Analyzing financial data and preparing accurate and timely reports
  • Monitoring and preparing financial outlooks and forecasts
  • Assisting in the monthly close process and reconciliation of revenues
  • Preparing project budgets and financial reports for restricted donations
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing journal entries, forecasting, reforecasting, and financial modeling
  • Analyzing financial statements including income and balance sheets
  • Assisting in coordinating audit activity and preparing detailed audit schedules
  • Overseeing accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting in the development and management of the annual operating budget process, providing guidance to departments and team members where needed.
