What You Will Do
The Sr. Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:
General Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly close activities
- Lead financial forecasting and ensuring clear understanding of results vs plan
- Work with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them
- Influence financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain
- Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance
- Identify areas for process improvement across supply chain
- Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics
- Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
- 4-6 years of experience
- Cost and Inventory accounting experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
- Experience as Finance or related business partner
- Advanced English is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Compliance background and experience
