What You Will Do
The Sr. Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:

General Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly and quarterly close activities
  • Lead financial forecasting and ensuring clear understanding of results vs plan
  • Work with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them
  • Influence financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain
  • Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance
  • Identify areas for process improvement across supply chain
  • Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics
  • Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Cost and Inventory accounting experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
  • Experience as Finance or related business partner
  • Advanced English is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Compliance background and experience
