HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a trusted finance business partner supporting the GMP Business Finance team within the Clinical Research Group; supporting the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
  • 3+ years of business finance experience
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase and HFM

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner with department leaders enabling them to make data driven financial decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide financial guidance to operations management utilizing department specific trended KPI’s and P&L analysis
  • Lead monthly review and delivery of department reporting with a focus on data visibility, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Development and maintenance of monthly dashboards supporting performance management and execution of Annual Operating Planning (AOP), STRAP (Strategic Plan), and other ad hoc reporting
  • Develop finance models to enable senior management to predict business outcomes, identify data trends, and solve business problems
  • Utilize dashboards to improve financial forecasting accuracy and consolidate department risks and opportunities
  • Change advocate driving productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution, and PPI implementation
