Position Description
Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Developer and help us innovate at the intersection of technology and business. We are seeking a candidate with 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with proven skills in software architecture and full stack development.
This position is a remote position. However, you will need to be able to come in to the office on a need by need basis occasionally.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development of Applications and Programming Tasks:
  • Write and modify application code as assigned.
  • Analyze systems for potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal team members.
  • Troubleshoot business user issues.
  • Adhere to change management and production release practices.
  • Responsibilities within Project Teams:
  • Efficiently prioritize project tasks.
  • Promptly report delays and changes to the Project Manager.
  • Utilize resources effectively.
  • Provide project leadership by assigning tasks and coordinating efforts.
  • Provide emergency production support and participate in IT application deployments, including after-hours assistance when needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Follow established architecture and technology standards.
  • Design and prototype software solutions.
  • Stay informed about new tools and technologies.
  • Consult with internal business groups for technical support.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required; 7-9 years of experience in software development required; experience in the legal industry a plus.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker for efficient deployment.
