REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of proficient in programming languages AI related tools such as ChatGPT and data analysis techniques.
• 3+ years of comprehensive understanding of natural language processing machine learning and AI generated content development.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Good knowledge of AWS or any public clouds.
• Refine language models analyzing data machine learning creating prompts and having a strong grip over programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to discuss product development
• Design develop and refine AI generated text prompts
• Guide generative artificial intelligence solutions to generate desired outputs
• Optimize prompt performance
• Improve the AI prompt generation process
• Coordinates and collaborates with offshore delivery team clarifies business objectives requirements design etc.

• Collaborate with content creators product teams and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with Human Resource goals and user needs.
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI natural language processing and machine learning.
• Provide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices.
• Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress.
• Apply the zero prompt short prompt or multiple prompt strategies.
