Description:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • MBA or post graduate degree preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5-years in marketing roles in both business to customer and business to business with specific experience in developing marketing campaigns for distributors and partners.
  • Experience in diagnostics would be helpful, specifically around familiarity with markets, trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape would be an advantage.
  • self-starter and collaborative teammate, with a successful track record of working in a global matrixed environment. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential,
  • The ability to present to senior leadership and large audiences.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to run complex marketing projects.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Creative intuition in design and messaging that resonates with customers, as well as the ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve performance.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and trainings to various audiences, including sales teams, regional marketing teams, and customers.
  • Strong talent management and people development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • The position may involve approximately up to 25% in Americas region. May travel internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic, multi-channel integrated customer segment marketing plans for direct and indirect distribution, defining global value propositions, customer segmentation/personas, competitive positioning, market opportunities, and communication mix.
  • Developing marketing initiatives that address all levels of the sales funnel and support the divisional marketing critical metrics.
  • Collaborating with various partners to ensure alignment of marketing plans.
  • Driving content strategy and convey clear value propositions for the product line portfolios.
  • Lead and continually develop Strategic Marketing managers to deliver impactful marketing projects and high-quality tactical assets across the marketing funnel stages and communication channels.
  • Work with regional marketing acquire, cultivate, and maintain customer advocates and find opportunities for application in content development.
  • Reporting and sharing campaign results in a way that defines future initiatives.
  • Setting clear important metrics and measuring the impact of marketing activities.
  • Control marketing budgets and optimizing the promotional mix for the highest return on investment.
  • Interacting with internal and external partners, including direct customer communication, key opinion leader engagement, and public presentations.
