As a Senior HR Business Partner at Brabo, you will be pivotal in steering the strategic and tactical execution of our HR and Payroll initiatives for clients blending seamless service delivery via HRIS systems and your HR expertise. Reporting to the COO, this role demands a proactive approach in engaging our HRIS and ASO client base both digitally and in person within Massachusetts. Your responsibilities will extend beyond administrative oversight to actively participating in the hands-on activities essential to our growing client base.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary HR contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to client organizations, including advising on best practices, compliance, and innovative HR solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage daily HR operations for clients, ensuring seamless execution of payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert in HR, sharing insights and best practices with peers to elevate the overall knowledge and capability of the team.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and new service offerings, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex HR issues and client escalations, providing thoughtful solutions that align with both client needs and company policies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide clients with insightful reporting, helping them make informed decisions about their workforce strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing HR services and client engagement, proposing and implementing changes that drive increased efficiency and value.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and peers, enhancing understanding of HR technologies and practices.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to support integrated service delivery and client success.
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of direct HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Cultural Development: Proven experience in building and enhancing company culture and increasing employee engagement within diverse organizations.
  • Communication Excellence: Superb communication skills are essential, including effective facilitation, persuasive listening, and exceptional writing capabilities.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking for problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
  • Coaching and Influencing: Expertise in coaching and facilitation, with a proven track record of influencing peers and senior leaders across the organization.
  • HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR programs, practices, and legal compliance, with a strong understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Experience in supporting and advising business leaders on strategic, multi-year HR initiatives or projects that impact the organization-wide people strategy.
  • Partnership and Alignment: A history of effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • HRIS & Technological Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP Run, Paylocity, or similar platforms. Strong technological acumen with the ability to leverage digital tools to optimize HR operations and data management.
