Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

As the Senior Human Resources Representative you will be supporting the Cleveland, Mississippi manufacturing site. Your HR expertise will support our employees across all levels at this location.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs (performance management, ACR, OI)
  • Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies and practices and key HR programs. Responsible for coordination of LOA policy and process and New Employee Orientation on an as needed basis.
  • Works independently to resolve straightforward ER issues. As well as helps resolve moderately complex ER issues.
  • Participates in local talent planning which includes implementation of function-wide training and development plans and talent management support including support of leadership assessment process.
  • Data management responsibilities to include processing workflow changes in Workday, audits of data, earnings uploads and data correction workflows.
  • Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to determine the impact of HR programs.
  • Makes recommendations to management based upon analysis.
  • Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations
  • Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
