Description:
SR. HR TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
The Sr. HR Technology Specialist will work with the HR Technology team on the maintenance and improvement of Convera’s Dayforce HRIS, with focus on day-to-day activities, reporting, and data analytics. This position will assist with the development and execution of HR Technology strategies that balance the expectations and needs of the organization with internal HR objectives.
The Sr. HR Technology Specialist will focus primarily on the configuration and support of Dayforce, which services our employees globally, and other HR Technology applications. This role will also work with various stakeholders to create customized solutions, on-demand reporting, and assist with data analytics. We’ll be looking to you to participate in day-to-day management, development, and configuration of Dayforce while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. You’ll have a collaborative role working closely with internal stakeholders; thinking creatively about solutions and balancing business needs with system capabilities. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your advanced understanding of HRMS design, structure, functionality, and business processes.
Responsibilities:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Working closely with HR Technology and People Services teams to establish processes governing the optimal use of HR systems
- Working with teams across Convera to assist with reporting and analytics needs
- Actively looking for opportunities to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of Dayforce
- Leading the design and development of HR Technology solutions, seeing solutions through implementation, testing, and deployment
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption
- Managing implementation projects owned by HR Technology, including creating project plans and managing timelines
- Managing relationships with HR Technology vendors to ensure proper support and attention are given to accounts
- Maintaining documentation on HR systems processes, interfaces, and technology infrastructure
- Identifying and supporting training of end users on effective and proper HR systems use
- Serving as a point of contact for user issues
- Ensuring proper security and audit controls are in place to satisfy any internal or external audit requirements globally
