Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years sales experience – strong preference in medical/tech capital equipment with cross functional experience
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, with a focus on the dental /medical device/ capital and or CAD/CAM space.
- Preference for candidates within depth knowledge of the Canadian dental market and experience working with dental technology products.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working closely with Sales Leaders.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to influence and lead in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience working cross functionally both domestic and with global partners.
- Possess strong financial and business acumen with analytical skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to US.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel, (approximately 30% of time) primarily within Canada and US.
