Job Title: Sr. Learning and Development Analyst

SUMMARY:

The Learning and Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives within the organization. This position involves conducting thorough analyses of learning needs, evaluating training programs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of learning interventions. The Learning and Development Analyst utilizes data-driven insights to improve learning outcomes and enhance employee performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard authoring tools and e-learning development software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify organizational learning needs and gaps.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop learning objectives and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, materials, and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to administer, track, and report on training activities.
  • Support the implementation of various learning initiatives, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Provide recommendations for improving learning content, delivery methods, and overall learning experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with training requirements and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of learning metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of training on employee performance and organizational success.
  • Support the development of learning communities and networks to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning culture within the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and training providers to coordinate learning activities and resources.
