- Salary range for Sr. Lead Hand form $25 - $26 (Based on experience)
- Schedule 2nd shift (Monday to Friday) 3:30pm - 11pm

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in York PA, as the Sr. Lead Hand :
- Manage departmental performance measures and provides regular progress reports to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels utilizing SAP.
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide employee relations support to a team of production associates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, shipping & receiving, safety and HR to optimize production processes.
- Ensure all functions are accomplished safely by following and enforcing the work instructions.

2-5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience/Strong Understanding with SAP
- Comfortable working around loud, heavy machinery
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, kneel, crouch and work above the shoulders.
