Responsibilities:

Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge, providing consultation to the business unit and IT Project management and strategies. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and you’ll be the single point of contact for status and progress monitoring, with minimal guidance. You will take projects from original concept through final implementation. You will help define project scope and objectives. You’ll develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You will take responsibility for project meetings and for project tracking and analysis. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. You’ll provide specialized knowledge and analytical guidance to project team.

The Senior Lead:

  • Provides consultation to business unit and IT Project management and strategies.
  • Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Helps defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
  • Handles the most complex IT projects. Coordinates with users to determine requirements.
  • Is an experienced, functional expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
