SR. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
- Schedule, lead, and perform preventative/corrective maintenance on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) equipment and building utilities.
- Perform daily rounds of plant utilities and ensure all equipment is operating and maintained per GMP guidelines.
- Monitor utilities through building management systems.
- Investigate and respond to alarms on building and utility systems.
- Investigate and respond to alarms on respond to critical alarms for GMP manufacturing equipment.
- Document all work on validated systems including equipment logs, readings, and alarm investigations.
- Investigate equipment failures and perform repairs.
- React to loss of electrical power, and building disruptions.
- Review and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure adequate inventory of spare parts is available.
- Assess equipment needs and provides recommendations on system improvements.
- Adhere to all established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Policies (i.e., lockout/tagout, arc flash, OJTs).
- Partners with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.
- Development opportunity! Provide mentorship, training and career development opportunities for new hires.
- Works independently and collaborates with equipment Responsible Engineers/Facility Managers.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 4 feet.
- Work 12 hour rotating night shift (Overtime built into schedule!)
