EDUCATION
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or Science
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of sales/commercial experience in managing distributors and end users in Minerals & Mining market. Have a strong analytical instrument background in organic compounds. Knowledge in clean energy and battery space is a plus. Familiar with instrumental sales into private testing labs and government tenders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong market knowledge and professional networks
- Commercial mindset, strongly motivated by a desire to win new business with a hunter mentality.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and competitors
- Proven ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Mandarin and written communication in English.
- High energy, team player and capability of performing under pressure
- Computer literate in MS Office, CRM, SFDC
- High willingness to learn CAD product portfolio
