Description:
Salary range is:
$118,011.00 - $160,000.00
This position is bonus/commission eligible.

The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, driven candidate who is passionate about driving operational success and fueling employee enablement across our Product & Technology group. CCC’s Product Operations team is focused on creating and continually optimizing the operating systems, process, and analysis that support the delivery of strategic business outcomes with velocity and at scale related to our Products and Technology solutions. You will work directly with teams in P&T and across the entire CCC organization to create, execute and lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves analyzing current practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize business performance. The Sr. Manager, Business Optimization works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity across product teams. Lead initiatives across the organization, collaborating across all levels, including SMG and ELT
- Conduct process analysis and identify improvement opportunities. Define clear objectives and targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of process changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Identify and evaluate technology solutions, tools, and systems to support process optimization efforts.
- Monitor product lifecycle key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of [5 years] of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project & product management tools, including aha! and Jira and familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development initiatives, from conception to launch, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience implementing them in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead teams through change and ambiguity.
