10+ YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE (PREFERABLY IN-HOUSE OR IN A FULL-SERVICE INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM) WITH EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE LITIGATION.
