Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS ROLE IS…

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Cyber Security to lead our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security and risk management, with experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls. The Senior Manager of Cyber Security will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes, and developing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the areas of cyber data governance, risk and verification, cyber awareness and training. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of cyber security professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

As a Sr. Manager, Cyber Security, your primary responsibilities will be to:

Cyber Security Program Management:

  • Plan and oversee projects pertaining to security architecture, engineering, and implementation. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls while helping to build a solid information security management system. Manage end-to-end processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the areas of cyber data governance, risk and verification, cyber awareness and training. Develop and maintain incident response plans.
  • Lead / Plan IT Projects – Act as project manager on assigned projects. Research alternatives, identify and design solutions, and present plans for approval. Coordinate and manage work schedules assignments for stakeholders to complete project by assigned deadline. Design implementation plans and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Define cloud security standards. Microsoft Azure / 365, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) security. Identity & Access Management, Incident / Anomaly Detection, Network and Application Protection, Data Protection, Incident Response and Compliance.

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage and mentor a team of cyber security professionals. Develop and align team to standard operating procedures. Implement CFOS (City Furniture Operating System) Management System
  • This position is responsible for reconciling invoices and work orders and submitting to Tech Infrastructure Management for approval.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and threats. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the security of all systems and data including disaster recovery and business continuity. Help to define and implement GRC processes and frameworks within the enterprise.
  • This position is responsible for making independent decisions on what corrective actions are required to resolve technical issues and cyber investigations. The position works with others to determine root cause and appropriate corrective actions for critical system issues.
