Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Digital Engineering to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for CVS Health’s digital transformation and digital products. Duties include: plan project stages and implement the digital roadmap to enable delivery of products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness; lead and guide the work of Engineers on SAFe teams and set goals using defined metrics to track progress towards goals of high quality, regression coverage, E2E customer journeys, and automation; monitor project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope, and assign and balance resources appropriately to support train and non-train teams; confer across trains and teams to identify and resolve problems and consistently deliver high quality software products; manage expectations and communicate effectively with cross functional leaders across Engineering, Architecture, and Product, and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; support the professional development of Engineers through mentoring and training and foster improvement through innovation; lead continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to identify and implement tools and utilities that enhance testing capabilities and product quality; and contribute to improving Engineering practices. Multiple openings. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Also requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Statistical analysis; Visualization tools, including PowerBI; Software development lifecycle; and Deep understanding/expertise of tools such as Rally, AirTable, Confluence and QuickBase. Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year.
