EDUCATION
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related Field.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 7 years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership within a large, professionally run operating company.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Hyperion Planning, Smartview, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Outstanding proficiency in Excel and strong data analytics skills.
- A self-reliant individual with a natural inclination towards continuous operational improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly when engaging with senior management.
- Demonstrated mental awareness, flexibility, and adaptability to effectively work in the matrix organization

Responsibilities:
- Providing finance support to NATx business and collaborating with the cross-functional team to drive profitable growth
- Collaborating with Product Management on commercial and product strategies, including product lifecycle, NPIs, market and competitor analysis, pricing adjustments, financial modelling, and return on investment analysis
- Supporting forecasting, MBR and AOP process and playing a key role in the preparation of STRAP
- Driving a continuous improvement approach, particularly focusing on automation, standardization, efficiency, and increased support for business partners where applicable.
- Identifying, monitoring, and articulating key operating metrics, while actively mitigating business risks and pursuing opportunities to deliver on growth and profit commitments.
- Providing support for ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Developing an outstanding team and actively supporting their growth and encouraging an environment where they can excel
