Description:

This leadership position is responsible for leading our North American Hybrid Cloud Presales team. The right individual for this role will be responsible for ensuring our Pre-Sales teams of technical specialists are thriving in their positions, effectively overachieving their KPIs, delivering exceptional customer value and having fun.
This role is responsible for the team’s interaction and interoperability with other peer Business Development teams and other segments of the organization including Sales, Enablement and Marketing. The role requires strong people management and analytical skills for reviewing the business and suggesting new strategies to modernize and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the North American Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Specialists team.
  • Development and training of the team to ensure they grow professionally while enjoying their roles.
  • Helping design, configure and assist in verifying technical configurations to meet customer business and technology requirements.
  • Providing feedback surrounding pre-sales calls with customers, sellers, partners & effectively managing their opportunities.
  • Identifying areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in support of the business.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership across the organization.
