EDUCATION

Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience, results oriented and a Change leader.
• Familiarity with six sigma and lean manufacturing will be most advantageous.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• A good team player and an outstanding leader.
• Ability to handle uncertainty and mitigate risk.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills to all levels.
• Strong planning, negotiation & organizing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing management techniques

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs
• Drive investigation and troubleshooting of process failures and identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise to drive appropriate activities to realize them.
• Oversees engineers conducting investigations, troubleshooting of process failures, process improvement, and recommendations to MRB
• Ensure accurate process and equipment operation, protocols are adhered and all vital control documentation are in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485 and 21- CFR – 820.
• Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and advising work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
