SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING AND CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS – MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT

This full-time 8-month contract can be worked fully remotely in North America or Germany in our offices in Ottawa, Austin, or Frankfurt.

Alludo’s global B2B Marketing Operations Team is looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager, Marketing and Campaign Operations with expertise in Adobe’s Marketo Engage and Salesforce.com to cover an 8-month maternity leave.
Reporting to our Head of Marketing Operations, the Sr. Manager, Marketing and Campaign Operations is responsible for executing marketing strategies aligned to our organizational goals. This role will work cross-functionally liaising between multiple departments including marketing, sales, product, among others. The successful candidate will lead a team of four campaign execution specialists with a focus optimizing the customer journey. While the role is senior and requires a strategic mindset, tactical experience in Adobe’s Marketo Engage and Salesforce.com systems is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

KEY FOCUSES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring marketing data is being properly collected and connected with systems through end-to-end testing.
  • Leading Campaign Operations execution globally for B2B business across all four sub-brands.
  • Overseeing the safeguarding of data via data cleansing and data privacy best practices.
  • Maintaining workflow processes by coordinating information and requirements with other corporate operations teams.
  • Nurturing the health of our marketing tech stack via continual auditing of its scalability, predictability, and efficiency of operations.

AS A MANAGER AND SENIOR MEMBER OF THE MARKETING ORGANIZATION, THIS ROLE WILL ALSO:

  • Lead a global internal team and agencies from a resource, operations process, planning, performance, improvement, and project manage point of view.
  • Communicate clear job expectations, assign tasks, create and document processes, and provide mentorship and back-up support as needed.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Maximize marketing dollars with campaign optimization and experimentation.
  • Mentor and collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns and programs that drive engagement, conversion, and ultimately revenue.
  • Onboard new Marketing team members. Educate on lead flow, scoring, how to use UTMs vs SFDC Campaigns, how to build and deploy a successful campaign and more.
