Job Summary:
Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, the Senior Manager of Modern Device Management plays a pivotal role in aligning IT systems and managed services with the strategic objectives of CSG Stakeholders. With a focus on core vendor and custom applications, this role demands extensive expertise in line-of-business technology within HOOPP’s Corporate & Enterprise realm.
As a leader within the portfolio, the Senior Manager provides direction to a team, ensuring alignment with client objectives while driving forward the strategic vision. They are adept at problem-solving, fostering agility, and guiding the team towards optimal technical solutions.
Crucial to organizational success, this role executes customer strategies, contributing directly to overarching goals. It is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of IT-supported business functions, thereby supporting corporate strategies effectively. Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees team members and mentor’s potential candidates within the team structure.

What you will do:

  • Lead a product team embodying HOOPP’s Core Values on a consistent basis, while consistently coaching direct team and fostering skills development.
  • Leads and supports the development and execution of IT strategy.
  • Collaborates with leadership to shape product vision, including developing product roadmaps, defining objectives, and scoping projects.
  • Advocates for a “Minimal Viable Product” (MVP) approach to consistently deliver features to meet business needs including prioritizes essential features and advocates for a streamlined approach to product development.
  • Evaluates trade-offs between cost and value.
  • Prioritizes, estimates, and elaborates on the work backlog across various business functions and clients.
  • Contributes to requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Incorporates stakeholder, user, and technical feedback into product development.
  • Actively participates in the leadership team of the individual portfolio by attending meetings, strategy sessions, and providing insights into both product and personnel development.
  • Supports the creation of a coherent product roadmap aligned with strategic organizational objectives.
  • Promotes a team-oriented mindset, actively mentoring and supporting team growth.

  • Identifies opportunities for effective and innovative solutions based on product knowledge and industry experience.

What you bring:

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or possesses equivalent work experience and Microsoft Learn certified or equivalent experience in related products.
  • Over 7 years of experience in end-user asset management, including software and vulnerability management, and inventory management.
  • Extensive expertise in delivering device management for PCs and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM over 7 years.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence by reducing costs, efforts, and enhancing security in end-user device and application delivery.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of end-user device technology and adept at managing enterprise-wide changes, incidents, and problems to minimize business operation impact.
  • Skilled in leading concurrent initiatives for multiple stakeholders and spearheading enterprise-wide programs to deliver transformative tools and features, alongside expertise in researching and delivering efficient business solutions, and managing vendor engagements and upgrades.
