EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s in a scientific field, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of meaningful work experience required.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience leading multiple teams required
- Technical and operational knowledge of protein production; including E. Coli fermentation and Cell culture preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001/13485 a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to create and implement plans with minimal direction in an ambiguous and high growth business environment.
- Strong leadership, people development and organizational change skills to scale our production team to achieve our organic growth objectives.
- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Products: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI.
- Ability to work in matrix organizational structure.
- Travel: <15% globally.
