REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Sales Development Leadership experience in a fast-paced technology/SaaS company.
- Previous experience in an Account Executive or closing role
- Experience scaling sales teams during periods of high-growth, establishing and refining internal processes that help lower rep overhead.
- Bilingual - fluent in English & another language
- Passion for coaching and developing sales talent with proven ability to develop SDRs into IC’s and/or Managers
- Capacity to hire, inspire, lead, and motivate team members and establish a healthy and collaborative work environment.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.
- Experienced cross collaborator with Sales & Marketing
- Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce, Excel, and equivalent tools.
