Are you passionate about designing transformative experiences for patients? Our growing patient experience team is looking for unique talent to optimize and reimagine the experiences we deliver. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Deployment Sr. Manager to serve as a key subject matter expert for our enterprise use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and deploy complex and sophisticated multichannel patient journeys. You’ll lead a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud leads.
As a Salesforce Marketing Campaign Deployment Sr. Manager, you will manage the technical design and deployment of multi-channel campaigns, including website, emails, SMS, and telephonic, designed to deliver personalized experiences while driving business results. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to build audience segments and drive journey development within an agile framework.
This is a highly visible role at the forefront of DaVita’s focus on patient-centered care.
Here’s what you can expect as a Salesforce Marketing Campaign Deployment Sr. Manager at DaVita:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification).
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other related graduate-level degree a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS; ability to create and code3+ years’ experience managing individuals.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, SMS, and email campaigns
  • Proficient in data platforms, specifically CDPs, CRM, MDM, channel communication delivery tools, material delivery, campaign management strategy, and communication fulfillment platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about B2C marketing automation and operations best practices.
  • Experience working within an agile framework, enabling iterative campaign development and deployment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple lines of business
  • Experience in using data to derive insights, produce regular reporting, and perform A/B testing
  • Experience with Agile framework is preferred
