As the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, you will oversee a multi-channel, candidate-driven recruitment marketing strategy. Your expertise in marketing, team management, analytics, and strategic partnerships will be pivotal in continuously improving our talent attraction efforts. As the leader of a small-to-mid size team, you will be accountable for the recruitment marketing function, playing a pivotal role in developing and optimizing integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable business impact and drive top-of-funnel applicant volume.
This position reports to the Director of Talent Attraction and is fully remote within the United States. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team while shaping how DaVita presents itself in the talent marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team dedicated to developing and executing compelling recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft scalable marketing and job advertising strategies that maximize return on investment.
  • Review success metrics and report on progress against KPIs monthly.
  • Use business intelligence data and campaign performance reporting to monitor spend and identify areas for efficiency
  • Directly manage marketing vendor partners ensuring high value return on investment
  • Align and educate key stakeholders on employment branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6-8 years experience
  • Talent Management experience
  • Strategic recruitment marketing campaign experience
  • Expert executive communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Expert skills and proficiency with tools such as marketing analytics software, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad or similar programsHealthcare marketing experience
