Location: Europe remote
You as a Sr. Manager Technical Sales Specialist, AAT provide strong strategic and operational leadership to team of Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) responsible for the LSMS products in the EMEA region to ensure that CMD growth targets are met across all markets and product lines. lines.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS degree in Science or Business based subject areas
  • Sophisticated commercial business experience; distribution or international experience required
  • Strong people leadership track record, to include handling within a matrixed environment with the ability to encourage, influence and lead others
  • Confirmed dedication to the customer
  • Ability to build and maintain processes and procedures
  • Excellent social skills, both written and oral, strong mentoring and developing skills
  • Familiarity with commercial sales and marketing tools to bring together and understand the market preferred
  • Ability to generate and maintain information to provide feedback on performance
  • Experience to plan & prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

    Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. For this position we provide a minimum salary of € 90.000,00 (based on the Austrian salary level) per year. Payment is possible based on your previous experience and qualifications and your location.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of all GC RFC Technical Sales Specialists across the EMEA region
  • Achieve above AOP growth for the relevant product lines in line within EMEA.
  • Provide strategic mentorship and operational support to regional sales managers to enable growth and market share gain for GC EFS products.
  • Establishes and controls expense budgets for team and works closely with finance/commercial partners to supervise these
  • Provide strong strategic and operational leadership aligned with Goal Trees. Lead action plans to build and maintain core business processes and procedures, crafted to increase customer happiness.
  • Collaborate with all Thermo Fisher teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise territory and product mix performance and implement corrective / growth measures where vital.
  • Analyses team territory and prioritizes team activities to drive maximum results
  • Leads all aspects of team pipelines to ensure accuracy, timeliness and provide strong business signal
  • Drives standard processes on opportunities management amongst the team to produce desired behaviors
  • Provides improvement suggestions to sales operations to minimize use of off-line
