The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards, will lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Reporting to the Vice President (VP), People & Culture, this role will ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals and company values. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for creating rewarding employee experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive positioning of total rewards programs.
  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus distributions.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that reinforce company values and recognize employee contributions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Total Rewards professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned total rewards strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on total rewards metrics and trends.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful total rewards strategies in a dynamic and growing organization.
