Reporting to the Director, RTR, the Sr Manager, Treasury, Cash Management & Intercompany is responsible for managing the Treasury, Cash Management and Intercompany teams, ensuring data quality and all reporting requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee month end/quarter end/year end activities.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives to improve IC processes with team’s participation as required
  • Collaborate in creation of standard operating procedures for the team
  • Actively involved with FBS (I)
  • Identify opportunities of efficiencies within the team
  • Ensure defined KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Support fulfillment of audit requests for compliance, internal and external audits
  • Serve as escalation point for intercompany disputes that remain unresolved after initial dispute resolution
  • Develop, implement and update governance protocols and policies
  • Check consistency on application of accounting governance protocols and policies
  • Provide assistance to other professional members in the application of complex accounting issues, corporate restructuring, researching accounting and reporting issues as they arise and staying abreast of IASB and FASB developments
  • Leadership:
  • Apply effective people leadership skills leading a team through performance management, career development
  • Provides support & feedback to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for growth
  • Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team
  • Coach members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results
