Job Description
What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, who will be responsible to manage and grow the capabilities and utilization of our Digital Marketing Automation platforms. Eg. Marketo, Litmus, Sitecore etc.
This role requires a technically savvy marketing automation professional, who will collaborate with Intuitive digital marketing channel experts, IT, region marketing, local marketing teams, sales operations, content/creative and customer support teams. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, Asia, the incumbent will lead business requirements, adoption, and strategic growth of marketing automation across Asia marketing and business teams focused on campaigns, web publishing, email design and deployment, lead scoring, real-time web personalization, behavior and trigger-based activities across the customer journey and alignment with sales effectiveness. The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will drive continuous improvement in marketing automation, A/B and multivariate testing, lead lifecycle optimization, adherence to all privacy policies, and the application of best practices in multi-channel digital automation campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B enterprise marketing team. 5+ years focused on email marketing and automation programs management including web and 3rd party application integration, database hygiene and quality management, and performance reporting.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM platforms. Currently Marketo and Salesforce certified. Account Based Marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in integrating Asia specific social channels with SFDC – eg. WeChat, LINE, Kakao etc.
  • Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed function and drive alignment between multiple cross-functional stakeholders globally and regionally (IT, Sales Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com reports and experience successfully collaborating with Sales to improve results. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Experience publishing content using enterprise content management systems.
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
  • Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
  • Strong knowledge of data standardization and normalization, database structure and queries
  • Must possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing technologies, tactics and best practices. Proven success leading adoption of new marketing strategies and tools globally.
  • Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills; extreme attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster strong, professional relationships across all levels.
  • Experience working with European teams and stakeholders. Working knowledge of French, German, Dutch preferred.
  • Ability to travel overseas as needed.
