Responsibilities:
- End-to-end global GTM and communication campaigns towards consumers and shoppers, from briefing to playbook and toolbox development as well as execution (Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid programs)
- Ensure phenomenal collaboration and alignments with our main global communication partners, including Our LEGO Agency, Regional Brand Leads, and LEGO Branded Channels e.g.
- Work closely with Regions and Markets to help transitioning the global campaign to a local execution, guiding and helping our collaborators
- Ensure excellent partnerships with our IP partners through the full communication development process - collaborating closely with the franchise leads and partnerships
- Lead our LEGO® identity for cross-franchise communication in all channels, ensuring coherence across the full portfolio
