Responsibilities:

  • Tailor Security Strategies: Partner with internal and external resources to grow Microsoft Security in SMC, including customers and our sales teams.
  • Drive Microsoft Workplace/Azure Security Revenue growth supporting new and existing customers.
  • Customer Calls: Provide pre-sales support to sales and customers on Microsoft Security solutions. Be the SME to address inquiries and demonstrate the value of Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Scale Customer Engagements: Engage with local Softchoice sales teams as their Security subject matter expert to sell jointly into customer accounts.
  • Facilitate customer events to deliver Softchoice content, including webinars.
  • Customer Immersion Experiences (CIEs): Deliver CIEs to showcase the practical applications and benefits of Microsoft security solutions.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Identify new market opportunities. Support the demand generation strategy and Security sales activations campaigns.
  • Internal Training: Develop and deliver training for Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Promote Professional Services and Managed Services to drive Security growth.
  • Stay Informed: Ongoing personal development through certificates, training, and general curiosity to stay ahead of the curve. Active contribution to Security insights, best practices, and success stories.
