JOB DESCRIPTION:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Mission Assurance Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets.
The Navy and Marine Corps Mission Assurance (MA) Program and FRCS Program requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services to develop and conduct comprehensive assessments of an Installation and/or Facility critical infrastructure, utility infrastructure, and operational utility technology, which includes FRCS as it relates to the warfighter’s risk.
These assessments create visibility for Commanders at all levels and provide the ability to understand where there are risks to a warfighter’s missions and the supporting mission-critical facility/infrastructure, utility system, and FRCS.
WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- BA Degree with 7+ years of related experience
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Must have a Valid US Passport
- Must have Top Secret Clearance
WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- Ability to manage team that conduct assessments in various military installations.
- Be able to provide specific SME assistance to Technical Support Projects (TSPs)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-assessment requirements to properly scope the assessment, providing inputs to the government POC and Assessment team to assist with the on-site coordination of the assessment, preparing the onsite briefings, and preparing the final written report.
- Conducting pre-site survey(s); and conducting analysis of information gathered from applicable systems; orders; and plans as it relates to the assessment mission focus.
- Identify qualitative and/or quantitative risk analyses.
- Planning services for security projects and programs
- Will be defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting complex operating environments, states of technology and current processes.
