JOB DESCRIPTION:

This Sr NOC Technology Consultant supports our Purpose by providing research, analysis, and coordination for developing and implementing the Enterprise strategic plan, with a particular focus on Network Operations Planning (NOP) within Southwest’s NOC. The NOP Teams help to coordinate operational planning for Southwest prior to the day of departure. This role and Team will support the technology used in that planning as well as Enterprise and NOC initiatives. This Sr NOC Technology Consultant is excited to step into this new space, have the opportunity to learn and develop their expertise each day, and help pilot the future of Southwest Airlines.
