Sr. Officer- Credit - Financial Spreading & Analysis Unit (FSAU) Job
Work location: Fujairah
Preferred Candidate: National Only

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain a database of all borrowing customer relationships and their financial year ends

Analysis of financial statements

• To spread the borrower’s/prospects audited financials, in-house financials, Moody’s Credit LENS software.
• To check financial spreads for breach of bank-imposed financials covenants.

Preparation of a summary of findings and key risks/ trends based on the financial spreads (additional)
Maintain a database of in-house management financial information covenants for each of the borrowing relationships / maintain a log-sheet
Preparation of various MIS reports required for the management of the Bank’s Credit portfolio and regulatory reporting requirements.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Professional Qualifications
MBA/CA/ACCA preferred
Work Experience
For professionally qualified, not essential, however, for a graduate up to 2 years’ experience in a finance role with basic knowledge of accounts is preferred

To spread customer financials, monitor covenants and assist the unit in effective and efficient account / portfolio management.
To prepare Reconciliation statement of Risk rating mismatches with T-24 and Credit LENS
To prepare MIS related to the portfolio including monitoring of central bank reports for changes in customer’s ratings in central bank.
