We are seeking a Sr. Operations Finance Analyst in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN Location. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Operations Finance Analyst in Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN to join our finance team. In this role, you will be on a team that is responsible for partnering with our integrated supply chain (ISC) and technical teams to provide reporting and forecasting of census, cost center spend, and capital spend. You will report on ISC KPIs, present in monthly operating reviews and partner with the technical team to track against budgets for key collaborations. Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with ISC leaders to forecast, analyze, communicate, and understand business drivers/results
  • Perform reporting and forecasting activities to support ISC census and cost center and capex spend
  • Partner with project managers to accurately forecast capex spend and cash outlay for complex long-term construction projects
  • Prepare and present financials and KPIs during ISC Monthly Operating Review, understanding drivers to improve metrics
  • Accurately prepare capitalization forms upon capitalization readiness
  • Analyze transactional level data in SAP S4 to identify and prepare required monthly journal entries
  • Analyze census and cost center spend for the technical group, report out on actuals against forecast and prepare monthly updates to forecast
  • Partner with technical business leaders to drive accountability to collaboration budgets, accurately book expense and forecast remaining collaboration
  • Calculate actual and forecast material acquisition rate and maintain rate in SAP
  • Prepare month end trial balance and cost center report for US entity used for consolidated financial reporting
  • Support various strategic ISC initiatives through financial modeling, adhoc analysis and reporting to influence decision making and drive business results
  • Generate and distribute monthly billings, tracking to ensure cash is collected
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
