As an Oracle Cloud Learn Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation for Oracle Learn solutions for our clients. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Learn Consultant or similar role.
- Experience with Oracle Talent
- Strong understanding of Oracle Learn and other HCM modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Oracle certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s business requirements and translate them into Oracle Learn solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Learn modules according to the client’s needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Learn to guide clients on best practices and industry standards.
- Coordinate with other Oracle consultants and teams to ensure seamless integration of the Learn module with other Oracle modules.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Learn module.
- Provide implementation support and troubleshooting, as needed.
