SUMMARY
As the Sr Organizational Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through periods of transformation and evolution. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives and drive sustainable organizational improvements.
TYPICAL EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving successful change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with a genuine desire to support and empower others through change.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci, is a plus.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
