Description:

The 1Password Partner team is focused on developing and expanding partnerships to maximize the growth objectives of 1Password through relationship management, partner enablement, business planning, developing go-to-market strategies, executing demand generation activities, and establishing regional business goals, objectives and success measures with each partner. Partners are a core focus for the future growth of 1Password.
As a Sr Partner Manager, Reseller for 1Password, you will be responsible for generating pipeline by creating opportunities, driving approval/conversion on deal registrations, and executing revenue. You will oversee deals from a channel perspective, driving demand generation and nurturing pipeline growth. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison with focus partners, facilitating face-to-face visits, as well as.
You will also own the creation and execution of business plans, manage partner headquarters offices, and cultivate partner sellers and executive-level relationships. You will serve as the main interface to aligned sellers, including partners, internal 1Password sales teams, distributors, and alliances, facilitating internal-reseller interactions to advance partnerships and increasing the number of partner sellers and transactions within assigned partners.
This is a complex, senior partnerships role that requires an artful balance of sales, program development and relationship management in order to deliver a set of scalable partner centric, revenue generating partnerships.
