• Represent global Business units (BUs) in-region, and bridges the gap between regional teams and global BUs
• Drives successful in-region product launches
• Identifies and communicates market opportunities and builds cases to support action
• Leads the regional product development roadmap and strategy
• Collaborates and influence to secure resources for projects
• Able to translate customer insights and market intelligence into critical initiatives
• Develop and improve practices for effectively implementing an integrated multi-year BU portfolio roadmap
• Identifies gaps and develops innovative approaches to support long-term business goals & impact across the organization.
• Drives continuous improvement and best practices for the broader team
