Job Title: Sr. Principal Product Management - Applied Innovation
Location: Ireland (on-site in our office in Galway, hybrid or working remote in Ireland)

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • A strong product management background or experience in use case/requirements gathering, implementation, and training
  • Experience leading large projects across enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Experience shaping requirements and guiding high-value, high-uncertainty projects through research, rapid prototyping, and product integration to deliver clear business value
  • A well-rounded technical background in current SaaS technologies
  • Deep understanding of automation technologies with a firm grasp of the industry space and players in this space
  • You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative driving with the following primary responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior-level product and R&D leaders to shape the world’s #1 Applied Innovation platform
  • Build a strategy and product plan across multiple teams using existing and new technologies
  • Work across teams to highlight convergent use cases and reduce time to market for innovative approaches
  • Assist Marketing team in the go-to-market planning and execution, and messaging and positioning
  • Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events etc.)
  • Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback, fostering co-innovation with customers, building requirements, and maintaining long-term roadmap
  • Maintain an understanding of workstreams across R+D teams and participate in conversations that require technical depth and strong domain knowledge across AI/ML and core engineering
  • Collaborate with R+D teams to raise product visibility of new opportunities and identify high-value applications and Product Management partners for cutting-edge work
  • Participate in the business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments)
  • Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes including Sciences teams, Engineering, Design, Technical Program Management, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years’ Product Management and Engineering experience in Software development (Cloud/SaaS preferred)
  • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers from various industries focused on the contact center space and the back-office
  • Experience advocating for technical / product roadmap requirements and leveraging co-innovation opportunities with partners such as AWS
  • Experience with current customer/workflow journey orchestration platforms (Data Insights, AI, Visualizations, UX)
  • Experience with developing and managing functional/feature requirements necessary to build highly engaged experiences.
  • Experience delivering features based on emergent technologies with a high uncertainty factor
  • Experience with Design Thinking principals and methodologies
  • Have extensive experience with developer-first and API-first development
  • Have experience building complex technical products
  • Have experience building products that run in public cloud environments using microservices architectures
  • Have experience building joint roadmaps across product and engineering which balance innovation with platform-growth

Education:

  • BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • MS Computer Science
