Your job will be to define and drive implementing our service marketplace, to help us deliver an industry-leading customer experience for millions of homeowners. We’re making homeownership simple and disrupting the 500B home services industry, and we want you to be a part of it!
As a Senior Product Manager at Porch, you’re an owner. You’re responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that delight our customers. This role requires you to combine your passion for helping customers with your technical expertise to ensure we’re building solid and scalable technology to grow our business. You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity, thinking big and diving deep. You’ll be responsible for helping grow our business by working with customers to define and prioritize requirements for our products. This role will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for customers as you help shape our company’s direction in the coming years.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy for the consumer side of our moving services marketplace and evangelize the vision with the organization, from customer acquisition to checkout to retention
- Create and manage the consumer product roadmap - gather detailed business opportunities and turn them into the epics and stories that set the direction for the engineering team.
- Enable customer advocacy in solution design and prioritization.
- Define and prioritize new features and strategic initiatives to drive Porch Moving Services Marketplace adoption, repeat usage, support revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate trade-off decisions between investment, schedule and customer benefit.
- Conduct customer research and use data to drive the development and prioritization of new products and product improvements.
- Build successful partnerships with business owners, product managers, UX, analyst and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
- Work to continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey by defining success criteria for your product and using data to gather signals that will inform future investment decisions.
- Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business goals,technical solution, launch planning and execution.
- Instill a test & learn culture with high velocity A/B testing; embed AI into day to day activities
- Have a passion for product: conceiving, designing, building, and shipping it. You should be a product geek and a maven of all things product.
