Description:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

The Sr. Product Manager Selection is responsible for improving our selection performance in the EU. This person will collaborate with 9+ EU marketplaces and central teams to derive insights and implement cross divisional performance initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work across Amazon Stores and be a leading voice in senior leadership reviews. This high-profile role provides a significant opportunity to influence and shape EU processes for selection.
This role requires an individual with solid product and program management skills, ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, excellent statistical and analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, knowledge of business intelligence solutions (like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Quicksight) as well as outstanding business acumen and ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both business owners and other analytics teams. Flexibility, influencing others, and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment are also key.
