Description:

Summary: The Sr. Product Specialist supports the development and launch of AI, application, and data engineering products for the Clinical Delivery Services Division , working closely with a product team to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with the company’s business goals. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in product management or a related field, who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. The Sr. Product Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams and assists in managing product development processes from concept to launch, while also handling some of the day-to-day tasks related to product management.
This is a 100% remote opportunity. Candidate of choice must be located in the United States.
The salary range estimated for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) and/or 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Driven self-starter and ability to work with ambiguity to achieve success.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and creatively in both project/product management and design.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis and familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with product management software (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
  • Knowledge of customer experience and user research techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.
